Commitment to quality has been the foundation to Polo Custom Products for over 60 years. We set up our inspection and test procedures in accordance with the way your product will be tested and used in the field.

Polo employs an entire quality department with dedicated inspection personnel at our Iowa and Mississippi manufacturing locations and overseas to maintain a high standard of quality, product traceability, and organization of manufacturing documentation.

All products are tested at the beginning and throughout each stage of production. Polo's Quality Assurance & Testing Lab has specialized equipment to ensure the quality of our products. We perform inspections on incoming raw materials and finished goods for both domestic and imported goods.

• Pressure Decay Leak Testers - Medical products can be validated by means of this testing machine
• Digital Tensile Strength - Material and weld strength are checked with a Dillon Digital Tensile Strength machine
• Inflation & Burst Strength Testers
• Calipers, Micrometers, Rulers - Used to check the dimensional accuracy of all our products
• Customer Specific - We can work with you to set up other testing equipment and protocols in-house as needed
