Polo Custom Products has extensive knowledge and experience in manufacturing custom safety products. Typical custom safety products include escape hoods, shoulder and waist pad assemblies, oxygen bags, equipment bags and cases, cooling vests, urinary collection bags, handcuff and gun holsters and testing instrument cases and pouches.

Polo has extensive experience in sewing custom safety products using materials such as Kevlar®, Nomex®, PBI, and other flame resistant fabrics. Polo also has extensive RF welding capabilities to seal specialty formulation materials such as urethane, Teflon®, olefin, and Tyvek®. Our global network of raw material sources supply us with chemical resistant, water resistant, UV resistant, anti-static, and cold crack resistant fabrics and film.
