Material Specifications
The backpack’s outer materials are black and grey 1680 denier nylon with polyurethane coat and incorporates silver reflective material. Inner backpack liner material is 210 denier nylon with polyurethane coat. Black, non-skid material was sewn to the backpack’s bottom so that it stayed in place on the motorcycle. High density polyurethane foam pads were encapsulated in the back and in the shoulder straps for added comfort. Polo Custom Products worked with our customer’s engineers to design and manufacture a unique attachment method so the backpack fit over the backrest and attached onto the tail bar with a webbing strap assembly to stay in place during travel. The backpack was also supplied with a nylon rain cover.
