OEMs Polo Custom Products excels in the design, engineering, product development, and manufacturing of complex sewn, sealed and formed products both domestically and overseas. Our in-house design and engineering teams have decades worth of experience in developing custom products for the medical, fire/safety, industrial and government and defense markets. We understand our customers are in the business of protecting lives, preserving lives and enhancing lives. Our mission is to guide you through the design, material selection, tooling build, prototyping and production stages to bring your product concept to market quickly and cost effectively.
Our Product Development Department includes market specific product designers, CAD designers, engineers, and technical quality associates dedicated to your project. Our design and engineering capabilities include:
- Solid Modeling using the latest versions of Creo and SolidWorks programs
- Rapid prototyping and 3D printing
- Industrial design to produce sketches, renderings and Photoshop® concepts
- Extensive raw materials selection, research and sourcing
- Design for manufacturability and design for assembly (DFM / DFA)
- Design for failure mode effects analysis (FMEA)
Polo Custom Products development team also has the capability to design, develop and source non-core product components such as metal castings, stampings and forgings, welded assemblies, and injection molded or rotational molded manufacturing processes.
