Polo Custom Products conducts ongoing quality and testing through a dedicated Quality Department at both our Iowa and Mississippi manufacturing locations and overseas to maintain a high standard of quality, product traceability, and organization of manufacturing documentation. Our total quality control is structured to mirror the way your product is used in the field.
All products are tested at the beginning and throughout each stage of production. Polo Custom Products Quality Assurance & Testing Lab has specialized equipment to ensure the quality of our products. We perform inspections on incoming raw materials and finished goods for both domestic and imported goods.
Our quality management system for all manufacturing locations has been registered ISO 9001:2015 since 2002 and we were are now registered ISO 13485:2016. Our primary overseas partner in China is also ISO registered. Polo is DDTC State Department Registered for ITAR and JCP Certified for government and defense related programs.
