Device Description

This portable oxygen generator carrying case is designed to securely house and protect portable oxygen therapy equipment used in home healthcare and mobile medical applications. The case features precision-sewn soft goods engineered to accommodate product geometry, integrated tubing management, venting requirements, cooling features, and specialized component cutouts while maintaining durability, portability, and ease of use for patients and caregivers in hospitals and at home environments.

Customer Situation

The customer needed a carrying case solution for a uniquely shaped portable oxygen generator with specific geometry, venting, and drainage requirements. Initial development efforts created significant challenges, especially surrounding fitment, curved surface cutouts, and overall product functionality. The project became difficult to manage remotely for their internal team, leading to frustration and delays during the sampling process.
